WISE INTERNATIONAL LLC DBA VECTORWX ("we," "us," or "our") operates the VectorWX mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and protect your information.

1. Information We Collect

Route queries: When you request a briefing, we receive the origin and destination ICAO airport codes you enter. These are used solely to fetch and filter aviation weather data for your route.

Personal minimums: Ceiling, visibility, and crosswind limits you set are stored locally on your device and are not transmitted to our servers.

No account required: VectorWX does not require you to create an account, sign in, or provide any personal information such as your name, email, or location.

2. Information We Do Not Collect

• We do not collect your name, email address, or phone number.
• We do not collect your location (GPS) data.
• We do not use cookies or tracking pixels.
• We do not sell, share, or rent any user data to third parties.
• We do not use any third-party analytics or advertising SDKs.

3. Data Retention

Route queries are processed in real time and are not stored on our servers after the response is delivered. Briefing history is stored locally on your device only.

4. Third-Party Data Sources

VectorWX retrieves publicly available aviation data from government sources including the FAA Aviation Weather Center (AWC), D-ATIS, and optionally the FAA SWIM service. We do not control these services or their data practices.

5. Children's Privacy

VectorWX is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children under 13.

6. Security

All communication between the App and our servers uses HTTPS encryption. We follow industry-standard security practices to protect the integrity of our service.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last updated" date.
